I came to Germany from the USA in 2015 and started my training at WST in 2016.
Since successfully completing my apprenticeship, I have been in charge of the multi-spindle department. Recently, my area of responsibility was extended to include the deputy management of our BU West. It's exciting to be part of such a dynamic team and to work together on innovative solutions.
In January 2024, I successfully completed my training as an industrial clerk at WST and have been supporting our HR team ever since.
I have been responsible for the commercial trainees since September 1, 2024. I never thought I would take on such a significant responsibility so quickly. It's great that WST offers so many great development opportunities!
My journey at WST began with a vacation job in the finishing department.
As the company really appealed to me, I decided to complete a dual study program in Business Administration Industry, which I successfully completed in September 2020. Just four years after graduating, I now work as Deputy BU Manager at our Plant III in Hüfingen and am responsible for logistics, finishing and SCM.
I started my career at WST with a degree in Business Administration-Industry, which I successfully completed in September 2018. I worked in our order center as a production planner until December 2020 before taking on a new role as team leader for intralogistics. Since October 1, 2024, I have been supporting the Operation Excellence team as a project manager.
I was able to gain my first impressions of WST as a vacation jobber.
I already knew the company through my father, who has also been a WST employee for many years. In 2018, I decided to complete my dual studies in Technical Management here. Today, I work in Purchasing and have been appointed as a training officer in our department.
